HAPPY HALLOWEEN 🎃👻!
Tools & Equipment
- 2 piping bags or ziplock bags
- 4 quarter sheet pans
- 4 small bowls
- Lollipop sticks
- Medium liquid measuring cup
- Parchment paper
Recipe Tips
Broken Cookie: it can happen that a cookie breaks during preparation with the lollipop stick. In case it only breaks in two halves, you can use the melted chocolate as glue and put the halves back together. If it breaks completely, it will not work properly and you should replace it.
Chocolate Too Thick: if you notice that the melted chocolate is no longer fluid enough when dipping the cookies, reheat it in the microwave for 15 seconds, stir and repeat until the chocolate is completely melted again.
Create the Monsters: arrange the candy eyes directly on the still liquid chocolate layer. Place in the fridge to set. After that you can continue decorating with melted chocolate.
Directions – How to Make Halloween Oreo Pops
Gather your ingredients and line the sheets with parchment. Melt a small amount of white chocolate in the microwave, stirring occasionally until completely melted. Use it as glue for the lollipops sticks.

Separate 20 oreo cookies into two portions and have 20 marshmallows ready. Press a stick into each marshmallow and set aside.

Dip a lollipop stick into the melted white chocolate and place it on the cream side of the cookie. Sandwich with the other half and press down firmly. Let it set in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes.

Melt the rest of the white chocolate and divide the chocolate into three bowls. Add orange food coloring into one bowl and green food coloring into the second bowl. Dip cookies and marshmallows in the white, orange or green chocolate and place them on the prepared sheets. Arrange the candy eyes directly on the still liquid chocolate.

Frankenstein: when the green chocolate layer has set a little, dip the top into the chocolate sprinkles and then put it back on the sheet. Place the sheets in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let the chocolate set completely.

Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave and fill it into a piping bag.
Mummy: fill the rest of the melted white chocolate into a piping bag and drizzle it around the eyes from all sides.
Frankenstein: use the semi-sweet chocolate for the mouth.
Pumpkin & Skelleton: use the semi-sweet chocolate to create the mouth and eyes.
Return the sheets with the finished Halloween Oreo Pops back to the fridge for about 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set. Enjoy!

Storage: you can keep the oreo pops in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks. After that you can store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 month.

My Summary for Halloween Oreo Pops
Difficulty: simple.
Taste: I used golden (vanilla) and chocolate (regular) oreo cookies. The oreo pops with the regular cookies are sweet, the ones with the vanilla cookies are even sweeter.
Texture: these oreo pops are crunchy because of the cookie inside and creamy thanks to the cookie filling and chocolate coating.
PROS: easy to make, very cute and a wonderful treat to give away, not only to kids.
CONS: none.
